I often (sadly) joke with Fired Up Space clients that looking for a job is a humbling experience. It tests our confidence, patience, and our sense of what we actually want next.
I work best with coachees who are looking for coaching that’s both based on my years in HR and as a hiring manager, as well as to benefit from my extensive training in relationship coaching. I believe that everything is about relationships – interviews, jobs, bosses, and our relationship to ourselves. The method I’m trained in (RLT by Terry Real) helps my clients to show up from their better selves, get less activated, feel less drained and stressed, and get more of what they want in work and life.

Here’s what we’ll work on together:

• Make sense of CV gaps and uncomfortable job experiences, and turn them into parts of your story you’re proud to tell
• Build a real job search strategy, learn to spot red flags and find more opportunities
• Interview role-play, so you walk in prepared and confident
• Shift how you talk to yourself: from harsh and minimizing to clear and grounded
• Shift how you think about work and your identity around it and get clear on what kind of work and workplace actually fit you

And this is where my coaching is different: we also look at how you work — the patterns that drained you in the last role, the ones you don’t want to bring into the next one. Better job, better relationship with work.

• Tech leader: I’ve built and led companies from the ground up. Deep experience in operations, marketing, and recruiting.
